When using the Scroll Wheel binding it's hard to discern what the bindings are actually for (if you used something less obvious than mouse scroll wheel). I also see that the Scroll Wheel binding isn't immediately intuitive to newcomers. This is why the bindings should have glyphs right next to them. Simple circular arrows should be enough like so
