Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Demonstrative video: https://youtu.be/zZPdRrCnu5k
The controller config used in this bug: steam://controllerconfig/409710/3204038788
In gamemode setting "Display name when changed" does not do what it's supposed to do. This is perhaps an unimplemented feature of the new BPM as it worked on the old BPM as seen here: https://youtu.be/RwxRoE9RiBc
On desktop this works. Changing a layer pops up a standard steam desktop notification

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Create an action set layer
  2. Bind it to a button and keep "Display name when changed" on
  3. Go into a game and use the binding to change the action set

Result:

Nothing shows on screen

Expected:

The screen should show the name of the changed action layer

This is still missing.

Still occurs on SteamOS version 3.8.16, build 20260716.1.

Action Sets do appear as in-game notifications. However, Action Set Layer notifications do not show up.

Nothing extracted yet.
