While using the desktop overlay if I open settings for an input type style and scroll all the way to the bottom, the last menu entry gets cut off. This is not an issue when opening the configurator directly from Steam in desktop nor is it an issue on Steam Deck gamemode

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open a game
2. Open Steam overlay
3. Open the controller configurator
4. Open the settings for a input type style
5. Scroll all the way to the bottom

Result:

The menu entry gets cut off by the footer

Expected:

All of the menus should be visible.
