The "Hold to Repeat (Turbo)" setting is duplicated for triggers. The one in the Input Mode settings does not work and should be removed completely as every other input method uses the turbo setting in the Activator settings

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open the input category for triggers
2. Bind soft pull or full pull
3. Go into the binding Activator settings and observe the turbo setting
4. Back out, go into the Input Mode settings for trigger and observe another turbo setting

Result:

Turbo is duplicated

Expected:

Turbo should only exist in the activator menu
