For consistency's sake, Directional Swipe should have a binding for trackpad touch to be consistent with every other Input Mode

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Go to Trackpad input category
2. Set Trackpad Input Mode to Directional Swipe
3. Attempt to set Trackpad Touch

Result:

There is no trackpad touch

Expected:

There should be trackpad touch
