I am unable to rename my Steam Controller in desktop Steam
I previously reported this on the Steam Forums, but that only fixed it for gamemode: https://steamcommunity.com/groups/bigpicture/discussions/4/3802776070749595407/

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Go to Steam settings
2. Open the controller tab
3. Attempt to rename the controller

Result:

The textbox acts as if it's read only

Expected:

The controller should be renameable.
