Hey, I'm running Linux Mint 14 and, although I have SFX, I have no music. Feels like i'm missing out on some of the good stuff. Thanks to all who are working on the linux ports!

the full hl1 sound track is in the game. Can you type "developer 1" into the game console and then start a branch new game, then post the console text here after playing for a few seconds. On that intro map we play the initial music piece for the game.

Well I see that the music works and I can hear it. After that log, I started up my save in Office Complex, and the Prospero1 track played, but only until I opened the console again, then it was gone, but I'm not seeing any errors in that log.

I apologize for my naivete, I actually haven't played this game before, so I don't know if there is always music, or only sometimes.

I'll be happy to go through any tests you ask of me.

The music in game only happens in small, special parts, so it sounds like it is working as intended :)

Nothing extracted yet.
