When I try to edit "Copy layout from set" in "Add Action Set" or "Action set when cursor shown" or "Action set when cursor hidden" in "Global Set Options", the "Default" Action Set has no associated text

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Go to the Action Sets category in Steam Input
2. Select "Global Set Options
3. Look for the default Action Set

Result:

The menu entry is selectable but it has no associated text

Expected:

The menu entry should read "Default"
