The highlight around "Change Action Set" does not align properly when opening and closing QAM which is seen at the very start of the video. I originally found this by going into the submenu, opening the dropdown and backing out of it which is the focus of the video.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open Steam Input Configurator
2. Create an Action Set so you have something to change to
3. Go to bind Action Set change to a button
4. Open and close the QAM

Result:

The highlight around "Change Action Set" is misaligned

Expected

The highlight should align properly
