Steam System Information doesn't display SSD and HDD numbers correctly.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Go to Help -> System Information
2. Scroll all the way to the bottom for "Storage"
3. Compare the stats to what you have on your PC

Result:

All HDDs are displayed as SSDs

Expected

HDDs should be detected properly
