The Portal 2 controller configuration seems to be broken. No idea why

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Open the controller config for Portal 2

Result:

You get a blank page

Expected:

The controller configurator should open like normal

I will look into the actual bug, but you can clear the selected config for an app by going to Settings->System->Enable developer mode, then going to the library page->cog button->developer->clear selected controller layout.

@austinp-valve Was this ever fixed. I never cleared the config through developer settings. If it's fixed so that nobody should get the bug any more, I'll do the clear.
