Hello @mbcraft, does this happen with any random game or is it specific to Dota 2?
If you do a search in your Steam library for Dota 2, does it show in the search results? In particular, the game might have been marked as hidden by you at some point in the past.
This also happened to me. I'm also running on Linux Mint (21.3 though). I was looking to download Dota 2 for the first time (I've never played it), and it showed up as in library without being present.
I tried searching my library and it did not show up, so I'm fairly certain it was not hidden by me in the past. It's really not that big of a deal as far as I'm concerned (I wouldn't have pursued the issue further if I hadn't scrolled upon this issue by chance), but it's a weird coincidence that the exact same game has the exact same obscure problem for two different people...
This is not Linux specific problem, it happens on all the os for me. It just dota 2 somehow work other than all games.
If I visit a game's page in store it shows that game is in my library already, even if I created a new account and visit dota 2 page it still say the same.
If I install game and then delete it, it will disappear from the library, which is only dota 2 does as any other free to play game usually will be visible even after uninstalling game.

Hello, Dota 2 does not appear on my Steam profile and my playtime is no longer tracked in the “All Games” tab. The game is not hidden or set to private. I encountered multiple users with the same problem specifically in Dota 2.
This is happening to many players, and it's not a Linux issue. It's likely a backend problem that only Valve can fix.
It also doesn’t show up for me ;(
Nothing extracted yet.

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
I wasn't expecting to see a game in my library if i didn't added it. I see it "as in my library" but when i check the game list, the game isn't there.
I just expect to see it as marked as it can be "added to my library".
