Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Steam is stuck in a crash loop. When steam is started, it shows the "logging in" screen, and then goes to the loading screen (steam icon). after about 10 to 20 seconds, steam crashes and starts back up again, this time without needing the "logging in" screen. I've had a lot of crashes since somewhere last week, but resetting steam also doesn't seem to work and the arch wiki also doesn't seem to have my issue

I'd expect steam to start like normal

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Have steam crash quite a bit for unknown reasons
2. Steam eventually just starts running into a infinite crashing loop, while also using ~15% cpu on a 5950x
