Counter Strike uses the config.cfg in Half-Life/cstrike instead of Counter-Strike/cstrike.

SteamApps/common/Half-Life/cstike seems to be the official Counter-Strike folder ( https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-for-linux/issues/851 )
