Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
The Details button is missing the proper decoration compared to all the other buttons surrounding it, and the mouse cursor doesn't transform into the pointing cursor icon while hovering over it.
Steps for reproducing this issue: on a Steam Library game entry
Switch to the Game Info tab
Hold either the Steam button or ... button to invoke the cursor, and then use the touchpad as a mouse to hover over the "Details" button in the Steam Deck Compatibility section
