Join a game to play Premier. Loading map.
It decided it will compile some shaders, it gets stuck. It said there were only 5 to do... (why?).
Can't join game in time.
Banned.

Shaders should be compiled BEFORE so this scenario cannot occur. I'm not bothered if I get banned due to my actions but this is a logical ordering failure with the software resulting in my ban.

Given obvious limitation with Valve's shader handling do this: If shaders for map are not complete don't allow that map to be in the pool of playable maps.

Even better. Fix shader handing so they compile while not in game but while Steam is open...

What imbecile decided that shaders should start compiling AFTER attempting to commence a match? Shaders should compile PRIOR!!!

Nothing extracted yet.
