Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When placing a timeline marker using the keyboard shortcut, it is given a time of "0" and shows up at the start of the session instead of the correct position.

This json was generated by placing a marker, taking a screenshot, and then placing another marker. The visual result of doing this a couple times is in the screenshot below.

Timeline markers placed from within the overlay do apply correctly. Screenshots also apply correctly.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Ensure game recording is enabled
  2. Run game (observed in a native game BallisticNG and a proton game Forza Horizon 5)
  3. Press keybind to place a timeline marker
