Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
I attempted to change my raw recordings folder to a secondary drive due to my low disk space, changing it to my USB drive yielded a segmentation fault after choosing the directory I wanted to save to, after messing around to see if there are any workarounds I noticed that even if you move one directory down from the default directory of .local/share/Steam/userdata/-/gamerecordings/ it would also yield a segmentation fault, I originally thought this might be a permissions issue but changing drives also causes the crash, another thing is that Steam is able to create a new directory in the drive but that's about it.

Steps for reproducing this issue:
Open up Steam settings
Head to the Game Recording settings tab
Attempt to change the directory of where the raw recordings are saved to, even if it's a single directory down
