Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Every time I switch between maximized and non-maximized window it seems as if the app flips a coin and there's a chance I'll end up with the window's main web content area (for the profile/store/community sections) being either:

  1. stable, which means it's either constantly working, or it's constantly black
  2. unstable, meaning it'll flicker between a working image and completely black content area on every (or every third?) re-render, which causes flickering during page loads. It also throws the dice on whether to show only black every time I move the cursor to hover over a new menu or submenu item (under e.g. the top level menu item). When this happens it sometimes starts following a pattern where it'll switch to a black content area on e.g. every third submenu item I hover over, i.e. image-image-black-image-image-black etc, or vice-versa.

Flickering can also be triggered by other actions such as hovering over the different top level menu items.

This all happens when GPU accelerated web rendering is active.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Launch Steam client
  2. Maximize and un-maximize the window until the main content starts flickering between black and working when you hover over the main menu items
