Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

My steam deck always can't upload non-steam game screenshot, it always says "failed to upload screenshot" this seems related how much a mess screenshot manager right now non steam game only appear as "--", i can do it everytime the time 3.5.7 steamos on stable but i think this more related to steam client since i can't upload screenshot on desktop mode too. I've tried the beta and it still doesn't work.

When the time everyone got steamOS 3.5.7 as stable, the steam client upload the non-steam game screenshot as "uploaded a screenshot of steam client" on steam activity when i saw some of my past screenshots, please revert to like that again, i think because non-steam game screenshot doesn't get assigned to "steam client" or anything anymore it always "failed to upload screenshot". Quite some time i report this on steam deck updates on steam official news, and few people experience the same.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Just screenshot any non-steam game that added to steam client on steam deck
2. Try to upload it, it always "failed to upload screenshot"
