Issue is current as of Aug 28th Steam Client beta.
What this issue is, on the Steam Deck, if you have auto-scaling turned off for the interface in order to scale the text larger for legibility, when there is a window with text like the update notes for the Steam Client, it only shows a portion and the rest is cut off.. there is no ability to read the rest of it.. it is necessary to read it on a website instead so the text can be scrolled.
Fix should allow scrolling down when the interface scaling is not low enough to display the entire note in the window.
