When I run the steam through the console displays the following message: "STEAM_RUNTIME is enabled automatically on ubuntu", and nothing happens. Reinstalling did not help.

Problem was solved: my laptop have switchable graphic cards, I turned on only the discrete in BIOS. (Sry for my english)
No problem; closing as it was a BIOS issue.
