Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

While in a Steam voice channel, selecting View Quick Chat from the Voice channels located in a group chat will invoke the desktopui version of the group chat. This will cause a window to appear on top of the default gamepadui which can only be interacted with using the touchscreen. Closing it may return you back to the group chat, but will frequently cause Steam to soft-reset. Selecting the same prompt (View Quick Chat) from the In Voice Chat QAM tab does nothing. This issue is present on both the Stable and Beta Steam Client Update Channel.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Navigate to Steam > Friends & Chat.
2. Select Add New Group Chat (speech bubble with a + to the right of the Groups heading).
3. Give it any name and select Create chat.
4. Select the Voice Channels icon (speech bubble with a 🎤 in the right-hand side menu).
5. Select Add Voice Channel.
6. Use the d-pad or left joystick to highlight the active voice channel.
7. Press A to select the channel.
8. Press A to View Quick Chat.

Actual result

• A desktopui version of the group chat window opens above the gamepadui and can cause instability of the Steam client.

Expected result

• Selecting View Quick Chat from the QAM's In Voice Chat panel should simply open the group chat associated to the Voice Channel.
• The option present while already viewing the group chat should either be removed or simply dismiss the Voice Channel prompt as in theory the user should already be in the chat.
