Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When adjusting the volume, the various sliders within Steam can be seen with a very jagged animation. The slider animation appears to rubberband between their current and previous volume which results in perceived jitteriness of the slider volume. This is especially noticeable when adjusting volume via the touchscreen instead of the Gamepad or Volume Keys.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Open the Quick-Access Menu via the ... button.
  2. Use your finger to adjust the output volume slider.
