Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When attempting to format a drive via Steam > Settings > Storage, the option will remain available while formatting is in progress. Attempting to do so a second time will lead to an error message and cause the spinner (indicating progress on the initial format) to revert to a MicroSD card icon.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Insert a MicroSD card into your Steam Deck.
2. Navigate to Steam > Settings > Storage.
3. If the MicroSD is not formatted, press Y or if it is press Y and select Format Drive.
4. Select Confirm twice.
5. Once the MicroSD icon to the left of the drive turns into a spinner, repeat step #​3 and #​4.

Actual result

• The user can re-trigger the drive formatting option which results in an error message.

Expected result

• The Format option and messaging is not present on drives that are actively being formatted.
