Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Installed HL2 and its episodes to get the achievements in the anniversary version, can't uninstall any them, getting an error "Missing shared content".
Tech support told me to switch to beta and validate the files, didn't help. Interestingly enough, every time I validate it finds missing files, even if done in succession.
Lost Coast installed itself when validating Ep2 files.
One of the logs makes it seem like the games form a dependency cycle:

[2024-11-22 12:28:38] Cannot uninstall compatibility tool 220 "no name" because the following application(s) depend on it:
[2024-11-22 12:28:38] app 340 "Half-Life 2: Lost Coast"
[2024-11-22 12:28:38] app 380 "Half-Life 2: Episode One"
[2024-11-22 12:28:38] app 420 "Half-Life 2: Episode Two"
[2024-11-22 12:33:33] Cannot uninstall compatibility tool 420 "no name" because the following application(s) depend on it:

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Install the standalone episodes
  2. Install the main game
  3. Get the achievements in the main game
  4. Try to uninstall the games
  5. Get the error
