Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

After the above Stable update, the Steam wishlist no longer remembers settings changes on app launch. eg. Resets to View: Expanded, Sort by: Your Rank, etc.

Once set, they remain for the entire session, but once the Steam client is restarted, it resets to defaults again.

This occurs on both Stable and Beta branches.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Launch Steam client
2. Browse to wishlist
3. Change sort/view settings
4. Close Steam
5. Relaunch Steam
6. Observe wishlist settings are reset
