Hi, suggestion: greater efficiency in activating and using Angle gl, Angle Vulkan and Vulkan in the Linux Steam Client.

I used this command in Chrome: --enable-features=AcceleratedVideoEncoder,Vulkan,DefaultANGLEVulkan,VulkanFromANGLE,WebMachineLearningNeuralNetwork --ozone-platform=wayland

and it improved performance on my hardware, and I believe it can also help with Linux Steam.

It's just a suggestion.
