Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Steam provides an option to modify the brightness of the status LED. This feature is however not supported on the LCD Steam Deck. Attempting to change its value results in an unresponsive slider and no visible change to the LED.

Looking at the system logs it can be observe that Steam attempt to write the updated value to the system which fails (these are not observed on an OLED device):

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. On a LCD Steam Deck, navigate to Steam > Settings > Display.
2. Under LED Control, adjust the value for Status LED Brightness.
