Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Steam libraries that have been ejected remain visible in the Storage section of Steam and prompt the user to format them when highlighted. If the drive has multiple partitions this issue will occur once the last library is ejected.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Insert a MicroSD into the Steam Deck (if not already formatted, navigate to Steam > Settings > Storage and format it).
  2. Navigate to Steam > Settings > Storage and highlight the MicroSD.
  3. Press Y and select Eject Drive.

  • Desktop: N/A

Note: Steam does not support drive formatting or ejecting in a Desktop environment.

Actual result

  • Drive still appears connected after being ejected.

Expected result

  • Drive fully disappears from the Storage tab when ejected (i.e the drive is ready to be disconnected).
