When you go to choose a game recording quality level in Settings -> Game Recording of GamepadUI, your currently selected quality option shows up as blank and continues to show up as blank when you go into the quality dropdown menu.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. From within gamescope-session, go to Settings -> Game Recording -> Game-Specific Settings' Quality option
2. Press A to enter the Quality menu

You should note the missing text field for your current quality level, while the description still appears correctly

1. Press A again to enter the dropdown menu

The issue should continue into this submenu as well.
