i have installed system updates
it couldn't find any logs
NVIDIA 3080
After i turned on steam play for all titles and restarted steam, instead of it showing steam it instead took what was on my screen when steam launched and made that the steam window, however the drop down menu's still show up however iterating with them doesn't change anything as far as i can tell, you can also move the steam window. restarting steam does not fix anything nor does restarting my computer.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
install steam
install the cuda tool kit (not sure if this was the problem)
