Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
I have 2 monitors connected to my PC (one via DisplayPort and the other via HDMI, both directly to my GPU). It seems that HDMI is always detected as the "primary" port - I'd often get UEFI output only on the HDMI one and sometimes on the DP monitor. Anyways, I configured my DP monitor to be the primary monitor in KDE since it's my high-refresh-rate monitor and the HDMI one is the secondary monitor in KDE.
Whenever I open the Steam Client, I'd get the "Loading" splash screen on my primary DP monitor, but the Client itself would launch on the secondary HDMI monitor. When I now move the Steam Client over to my primary monitor, everything works fine except for the popup-menus. E.g. when I click on "View" or "Games" or "Help" in the top navbar, those menus would open on my secondary monitor in the top-right corner, even though the Client is on my other monitor. This is really confusing
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Open steam client (opens on secondary monitor, probably because HDMI is prioritized over DP)
move Steam client over to primary monitor
click on any menu like "View", "Games" or "Help"
menu items will show on top right of secondary monitor, far away from where you actually clicked
