It is not possible to create and/or add folders with same name differing by case sensitivity.
Assume I already have a steam library in /tmp/steamlibrary. Now I want to add /tmp/STEAMLIBRARY.
a) If the folder does not exist, I want to let steam create it, Steam fails to do so saying that a folder with same name already exists.
b) If I create that folder myself and then try to add it in Steam, it fails with an incorrect error message: "New Steam library folder must be on a filesystem mounted with execute permissions".
