Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

On Windows, (and any web browser on Linux as well), clicking the middle mouse button allows you to scroll just by dragging the mouse up and down as opposed to scrolling the wheel. For some reason this doesn't work on Steam on Linux.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Go to store page (or any other browser-based page) in Steam client.
  2. Click the middle mouse button
Expected result: brings up the scroll widget, where you can scroll by dragging.
    Actual result: nothing.
