On the desktop Steam client, when trying to install a game that requires you to agree to license agreement terms, the pop-up window opens behind the main Steam client window.

I noticed in the video clip that it said Steam (native). turns out steam-native-runtime was installed and apparently taking precedence over the supported steam-runtime version, even when launching the runtime version. will bring it up with said distro maintainers since that really should not be the case.

nevertheless, steam-runtime has the same issue even when steam-native-runtime is uninstalled:

steam-logs.tar.gz
