Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I expected the Steam chat window to open when I received an invite to join their game as happens in Windows, what did happen was getting a sound and a toast notification of the invite and had to manually open the chat from the Friends List.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open Steam,
2. Load a multiplayer game (e.g. Stellaris),
3. Have a friend send a message or invite to join their lobby,
4. Observer the above behaviour.
