I'm actually afraid of being that one who asks for this... But the Steam client still seems to use Xwayland. Why no Wayland yet?
Steam is the only program I run that still needs it. I'm not an expert, but I think it's fair to say that Wayland is mature enough for this.
For the sake of performance and security, please make the Steam client a Wayland app.
Please don't kill me.
