It would be very nice if we could have roaming profiles in place in order to having to manually reinstall everything at "day 0 of new system login".
What that means is the ability of reinstall just my last 10 games that I placed this year. Or my 20 all-time-most-played games. Or just the games I purchased last year and up.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Install new system + login Steam account
Advanced install wizard: "Wish to restore the following X games?"
User: only selects games starting by the letter "C"
