Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

The new volume indicator will cause the volume slider to resize when transitioning to and from its Muted or Low state. This affects the sliders visible in the Audio tab of the Steam settings, the On-Screen Display when manually adjusting using hardware volume keys and the ones in the Quick-Access Menu (Quick Settings).

This issue is not present on the Stable release of Steam (1741737356).

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Navigate to Steam > Settings > Audio.
2. Press A to select the Output slider.
3. Use d-pad to lower and raise the volume.
