Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When attempting to browse workshop content for Euro Truck Simulator 2 on a Steam Deck LCD when docked with an Xbox controller, I was unable to scroll the page to browse the content. I can use the right stick to move the mouse, but when using left stick it moves between the clickable elements but never goes below the Home/Browse/Discussions/About or Search bar, but never scrolls the page up or down.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open game page for game with Workshop support
2. Switch to Game Info tab, and select Workshop
3. Attempt to view content below menu/search bar using left stick
