Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

As of a Steam update iirc last week Steam no longer remembers window position.

• Steam should remember windows position/size.
• Steam remembers window size and monitor but ignores placement.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Start Steam
2. Note it no longer remembers window position
3. Move Steam to desired position
4. Close/Start Steam
5. Note Steam again ignores previous window position.
