Are you using the mesa-9999 ebuild? Rolling back to 25.0.2 solved the issue for me.
If mesa-9999 is indeed involved, it will most likely be the issue reported here:
oh i am using mesa-9999 have been for 3 weeks as i recall, well damn, i guss i can rollback butfragpunk and rivals dont work with older mesa and my intel arc B580, but thank you for the resolution !
Hello @picarica, video driver regressions need to be evaluated and resolved by the video driver's maintainers.
Closing as not a Steam client issue.
(You could use EGIT_COMMIT to specify a commit new enough to run those games, but old enough to not be affected by the bleeding edge regression.)

idk i was not doing any update i played earlier today i just rebooted without changing anything and it cant launch
i checked #8923 issue but its not related i dont have any keyboard layout runing, only telegram and nextcloudh which i both tried turning off.
