When I create a icon through steam I get a 32x32 res icon for almost all games even though there are higher resolutions available.
Is anyone else having this issue? If you need any more information please ask.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open steam and select a game.
2. Create a shortcut for the game.
3. On your desktop you should find a blurry low res icon.
