When browsing the startup movies in the Points Shop, accessed from Settings -> Customization -> Visit the Points Shop, you are unable to scroll vertically using the touchscreen. Horizontal scrolling does work, however.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Within gamescope-session, go to the Settings menu -> Customization -> Visit the Points Shop
2. Try scrolling up and down, then try scrolling left and right

Horizontal scrolling should work, but vertical scrolling won't.
