Steam client version (build number or date): 1744067266, Build Date: Tue, Apr 8 12:38 AM UTC -08:00
Distribution (e.g. Ubuntu): openSUSE Tumbleweed
Opted into Steam client beta?: Yes
Have you checked for system updates?: Yes
GPU: AMD 7900XTX, also NVIDIA RTX 2080Ti
Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
After an extended period of time (30-60 minutes), Remote Play via Linux -> Android app (various Android devices) becomes unstable: The red "network issues" icon starts flashing in the bottom right corner; netgraph shows increasingly high spikes and frames are dropped left and right (usually up to ~50%), latency reaches triple digits (100-200 ms). Screen then goes black for about 100 ms, after which everything works again as expected, but only for a minute or two, after which the aforementioned behavior repeats.
This never occurs in Android app versions 1.1.85 or older, but--to my knowledge--on every version released after it. It's possible that 1.1.86 and 1.1.87 still work, but I have no way of finding out.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Update from Steam Link Android app version 1.1.85.
Play for an extended period of time (~30 minutes?)
