Haven't seem to find a root cause but closing the Friends window seems to make the system unresponsive sometimes. This may be any window that uses CEF so I think this may be a CEF or GPU issue.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Close friends window (again might be any window that uses CEF)
2. System might become unresponsive
