Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

I tried to play the game "Pools" on Steam, but when I try to play, it opens with nonsensical graphics that are flashing while music plays. I'm not sure, but I think everything else is working except for the graphics/ video. It's hard to tell though, because I can't usually see anything comprehensible.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Install "Pools" on Steam in Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon (Cinnamon version 6.4.8)
  2. Launch game by clicking "Play"

Hello @ninico83, I would test how the game behaves with a current point release of mesa from a PPA like oibaf or kisak-mesa, and if that doesn't improve the game's behavior, report your findings to the mesa devs and maybe the game's dev(s).
