Around 2 days ago I started having this issue where if I download anything, it takes up to 2/3 minutes for the download to start, and sometimes it doesen't start and it says there's an error, my server is Milan - Italy.

This issue also affects updates to the applications or the linux runtime, it doesn't only affect first time downloads

I've tested on 2 different computers both on CachyOS, one connected with WiFi and the other one connected with the ethernet cable, and I have the same issue on both computers.
