I was trying to add my Windows 10 steam library drive, however steam does nothing, no error messages, no nothing.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Install Steam from the official website on a fresh install of Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.1
2. Add drive from Windows 10 install (C:/Program Files(X86)/Steam/)
